How do I perform this anchor?
To activate this energy use your index and middle fingers together on your left hand, and tap the center of your palm on your right hand 3 times- use the intention in your mind to turn it on.
To deactivate it, repeat this same movement but tap 4 times- use the intention in your mind to turn it off.
Will this affect me from being able to work or function? Will I feel high?
No, other than the recommendation NOT to listen to the audio during a time when you need to be aware of your surroundings, this is an energy attunement, there are no drugs/substances involved. I always set the intention for the best outcome for every individual who receives the attunement, and for them to receive the correct microdose for them.
Can I use this attunement for energy healing on others?
Yes! If you like it can be activated and then used similarly to how you would for a Reiki treatment on yourself or others. Use the anchor or your intention to activate it and then do a healing session as you normally would.
