How do I use this attunement?
The key is intention. How often you want to use this is up to you and your soul path.
This attunement is also anchored with a hand motion to trigger this energy any time you would like after listening to it for the first time.
How do I perform this anchor?
To activate this energy use your pinky finger from either hand and tap the center of your third eye 3 times- use the intention in your mind to turn it on.
To deactivate it, repeat this same movement- use the intention in your mind to turn it off.
Will this affect me from being able to work or function? Will I bad things happen to me?
No, other than the recommendation NOT to listen to the audio during a time when you need to be aware of your surroundings, this is an energy attunement. I always set the intention for the best outcome for every individual who receives the attunement, and for them to receive the correct amount of energy for them.
Can I use this attunement for energy healing on others?
Yes! If you like it can be activated and then used similarly to how you would for a Reiki treatment on yourself or others. Use the anchor or your intention to activate it and then do a healing session as you normally would.
